Our Ask-A-Coach sessions will give you an opportunity to connect with one of our ADHD coaches and join in on the discussion about a particular topic. You can ask questions, get assistance with a strategy you are currently trying to implement into your life, or just listen in as the coach answers the questions from other members who are experiencing similar challenges.

Each Ask-A-Coach session is focused on a specific theme/topic. "Emotions" covers strategies and tools to help you manage emotions. Topics such as understanding the connection between your thoughts, emotions, and actions, managing worry and anxiety, and ways to deal with mood swings will be covered.

Dr. Dan Guy is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 29 years of providing quality mental health services in a variety of settings.  Dr. Guy is skilled in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions, which helps individuals recognize the connection between their thoughts and behaviors, and helps clients develop skills that they can use throughout their life to deal with issues of depression, anxiety, mood swings, relational problems, and issues of self-doubt and self-value.

Ask-A-Doc sessions focus on topics related to ADHD in adults and focus on the biology and genetics of Adult ADHD, medical treatments (e.g. medication), supplements/vitamins for ADHD, nutrition, lifestyle, and exercise.

Brian Briscoe, MD is a Board-Certified Psychiatrist, has a son with ADHD, and serves as one of the Medical Directors at Next Step 4 ADHD.

Dr. Hyesil Adams

Dr. Hyesil Adams attended Manual High School and obtained a Bachelor of Science in Nursing at Bellarmine University. She subsequently earned a Doctor of Nursing Practice degree from the University of Louisville and is Board Certified by the American Nurses Credentialing Center as a Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP). Her doctoral work focused on improving quality and translating research into evidence-based practice.

Our Ask-A-Coach sessions will give you an opportunity to connect with one of our ADHD coaches and join in on the discussion about a particular topic. You can ask questions, get assistance with a strategy you are currently trying to implement into your life, or just listen in as the coach answers the questions from other members who are experiencing similar challenges.

Each Ask-A-Coach session is focused on a specific theme/topic. "Parenting Teens with ADHD" focuses on practical strategies for parenting your teen with ADHD.

Kristi Briscoe, M.D. is a Board Certified General Pediatrician who “focuses” her practice on helping children, adolescents and families be successful with ADHD.
