Understanding Healthy Boundaries @ Next Step 4 ADHD
May 7 @ 4:00 pm – 5:00 pm

INTENDED AUDIENCE:  Parents of ADHD children.

WORKSHOP DESCRIPTION:  So many people want to "be nice" and say "Yes" to things they really want to (or need to) say "No" to, for many reasons.  This often leads people to get caught up in too many responsibilities with not enough time.

Our workshop will explore why we do this, even when it hurts us in the end.  The damage this can do to us can affect us, long-term.  We'll discuss strategies that will help you determine when you should say "Yes" and when to say "No."

Dr. Dan Guy is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist with over 29 years of providing quality mental health services in a variety of settings.  Dr. Guy is skilled in the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy interventions, which helps individuals recognize the connection between their thoughts and behaviors, and helps clients develop skills that they can use throughout their life to deal with issues of depression, anxiety, mood swings, relational problems, and issues of self-doubt and self-value.
