This "Ask A Coach" session is designed for members who are new to our membership Program and/or just getting started with applying some of the basic tactics and strategies introduced in our webinars and workshops.
During "Ask a Coach" sessions, attendees engage in dialog with an expert ADHD Coach, who in turn help members troubleshoot difficulties encountered when applying tactics and strategies to manage ADHD in everyday life. Coaches provide collaborative problem solving, practical advice (when requested), encouragement, and ongoing support to members.
Prerequisite: As a prerequisite to attending these Planning and Organization Basics "Ask a Coach" Sessions, please make sure that you have either: a) watched the recorded workshop titled ADHD 101 on the member portal; or b) attended the Live version of the ADHD 101 Workshop prior to participating in this "Ask A Coach" session.
