Making a few basic changes to diet and lifestyle can help to decrease ADHD symptoms. Initiating and maintaining changes in lifestyle can be a bit tricky, especially given the demands of modern day life.
This "Ask a Coach" session provides members with an opportunity to connect with one of our ADHD coaches for assistance with the practical application of strategy and tactics learned from the Self Care Workshop.
Like all "Ask a Coach" sessions, this time is designed to provide members with an opportunity to ask questions about the workshop and engage with the coach in collaborative effort to troubleshoot problems that occur when attempting to apply the tactics and strategies learned in the workshops.
Prerequisite: As a prerequisite to attending these Self Care "Ask a Coach" Sessions, please make sure that you have either: a) watched the recorded workshop on Self Care on the member portal; or b) attended the Live version of the Workshop prior to participating in these sessions.
