This monthly in-person group is designed for parents raising kids with ADHD. This group gives parents the ability to connect with others who are facing similar challenges, to share tips & strategies and to receive support in order to feel more empowered to be the best parent they can be.
Each session will cover a different topic relevant to parenting kids with ADHD. There will also be time to for group discussion. Raising kids with ADHD is challenging. Oftentimes, parents feel alone and unsupported. They end up questioning whether they are doing it right. It's important to find safe, non-judgemental support to help you navigate through the challenges of parenting ADHD.
Keri Knight is a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who concentrates on issues related to ADHD. She has years of experience working with individual adults, parents, children and teens. Her approach is to understand where you currently find yourself and to begin working with you to develop tips, tactics, strategies and structure to enable you to thrive with ADHD.
