We understand that ADHD can sometimes involve struggling with intense emotions. Sometimes these emotions can get the best of us and affect relationships or other aspects of our lives in ways that we never intend. The good news is that there are a number of useful methods that can help with calming emotion, reducing distress, and preventing unintended consequences of negative emotions.
Join us for this Live Workshop to explore a variety of strategies and tactics for coping with intense emotions.
