There’s a saying often used in ADHD treatment: Pills don’t teach skills. Medication can provide significant reduction in symptoms but the individual is still left with the daunting task of trying to understand why they do what they do and HOW to fix it. Coaching can help people handle daily demands more effectively. It’s more than advice. Often the individual with ADHD says “I know what I need to do but I just can’t get myself to do it.” Coaching focuses on strategies and tools to help the individual get things done. Our coaches truly understand ADHD and are able to work with our Members to help them create strategies to help them succeed. We offer group coaching, both online and in person to help Members work it into their busy lives. We also offer support and accountability to help the individual implement what they’ve learned and to follow through on their goals and intentions.
