We want you to know that we are here for you, you don’t have to fight the battle against ADHD alone. Winning the battle with ADHD is about surrounding yourself with the right people who can help you move forward no matter what life throws at you.

Support is imperative to successfully manage your ADHD. When our clients first start their journey with Next Step, they often tell us that they were not sure who to turn to in their time of need. Throughout their lives, many have seen other providers, they have even gone through therapy and coaching, but they still feel isolated and alone.

They were left wondering what their Next Step would be when their last therapy session ended. The short time they have with their prescriber never seems to be enough, but they cannot afford more extensive care. Maybe they felt good when they first started taking medicine, or after they completed a round of coaching, but then hit a different season of life that knocked them three steps back.

Next Step’s Connect Groups and Coffee and Connect sessions give you the continuity you need to stay ahead of your ADHD. No matter what is happening in your life, we provide you with the connect points, resources and help you need to thrive.

 

We also have extensive in-house services and a robust external network that can assist individuals and/or their family get help outside of ADHD treatment.

 

We provide full neuropsychological testing and can even help with school accommodations. We can also connect you with professionals on our team or with our external partners to help with other conditions and/or disorders that require attention. We are happy to help you engage in other treatment modalities, such as: occupational therapy, speech therapy, tutoring, and more.
