About Our ADHD Coach
Pam Valdes, M.A., AACC
Pam is a certified ADHD Coach with a background in health coaching, wellness, and counseling. She has provided caring coaching and counseling services to adults and teens for over 10 years.
Pam graduated with a Bachelor of Social Work degree from Texas State University. She then earned a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Texas Woman’s University. She practiced in Texas, Tennessee, and Missouri before moving to Kentucky in 2013.
Pam specializes in working with adults and teens to address the core issues related to ADHD. As a coach, she helps clients set and stay focused on goals, face obstacles, and develop strategies to handle the responsibilities and tasks that are often made difficult by the symptoms of ADHD.
Pam takes a strengths-based and individualized approach to coaching, supporting clients and helping them develop and hone their abilities to better manage their lives. She is a strong believer in the potential of coaching to help people succeed through small, achievable, but powerful steps. She loves to support and guide individuals and families through their journey with ADHD to help them become the most fulfilled versions of themselves.
